NFL Draft: Oakland Raiders fielding offers for third overall pick

Oakland apparently is looking to stock up on a few picks they don't have because they traded for Carson Palmer...who's no longer on the team.

Chris Mortensen of ESPN is reporting the Raiders are fielding offers for the third overall pick in the first round of the NFL draft.

While much of this is likely going to planted for the sake of drumming up interest, the Raiders could use multiple picks in this draft.

The value of the third pick is pretty high for a team looking for defensive line help. Florida's Sharrif Floyd or Utah's Star Lotulelei will likely be available there.

The Steelers wouldn't be looking to get up to the third pick, but the key thing here would be who might move up, and which players would end up falling because of the re-shuffling of teams picking 1-16.
