ESPN analyst Jon Gruden said Georgia OLB Jarvis Jones is a Dick LeBeau kind of guy.

Jones, 24, is the first outside linebacker the Steelers have chosen in the first round since they moved to a 3-4 defense in the early 80s. He's the oldest first round pick the team has made under head coach Mike Tomlin.
The Cowboys traded up to 18 to select Eric Reid, a safety from LSU, who was also mentioned as a potential target for the Steelers in the second round.
