Shamarko Thomas won't likely hear the end of this.
The Steelers selected him in the fourth round of the 2013 NFL Draft, after his 4.42 40-yard dash time. And after he tripped over the 41-yard line when he was finished.
It shows his toughness, he can get up after planting what appears to be at least part of his face and and shoulder into the Lucas Oil Field turf. It shows humility, he didn't get up and try to do anything to call attention to himself.
It shows he's not Chris Rainey, because he seemed to be injured any time he hit the ground.
So Thomas gets a pass from this...although we get the feeling it won't be the last time we mention it. Or show the clip.
