Steelers inactives for Week 1 vs. Titans

The Pittsburgh Steelers kick off the regular season against the Tennessee Titans at 1 pm ET.  These seven players will not be dressing for the first game of the year.

1. Heath Miller - TE
   
2. Landry Jones - QB
   
3. Le'Veon Bell - RB
   
4. Cody Wallace - C/G
   
5. Hebron Fangupo - NT
6. Vince Williams - ILB
7. Antwon Blake - CB

Miller is still nearing the end of his road to recovery, but is not quite far enough along to rejoin team practices.  Bell is out of his walking boot, but must wait a bit longer to officially make his NFL debut.

Newcomers Blake and Wallace will give way to their more experienced teammates, as will rookie linebacker Williams.  Fangupo is able to sit thanks to the team's use of DE Al Woods at nose tackle behind starter Steve McLendon.  Jones will only receive a game hat should something happen to Ben Roethlisberger or Bruce Gradkowski.
