Adding to the rampant (and comical) speculation - the beginning of the end of draft speculation for the next month or so - NFL Network reporter Ian Rapoport says there's always been word the Steelers have liked the Hokies cornerback.

NFL Network and Steelers fans favorite reporter Ian Rapoport says the Steelers "liked" Virginia Tech cornerback Kyle Fuller. Some hard-hitting news there, adding to Tony Pauline's earlier report advising readers to "keep an eye on" the Steelers and North Carolina tight end Eric Ebron.

So there's something. Connecting Fuller to the Steelers takes neither a degree in advanced scouting nor quantum analysis. He's considered a favorite, if not the front-runner for the 15th pick.

He'd also be a prime trade-down target, but it seems as if Fuller's stock has risen with the increased frequency of news heading into the draft.

We picked Fuller to be the Steelers' pick at 15, and we denounced a recent mock draft sending Ebron to Pittsburgh.
