2014 NFL Draft: Talent at cornerback, wide receiver still available in second round

The Steelers addressed a somewhat unexpected position in the first round, taking inside linebacker Ryan Shazier out of Ohio State. Cornerback, defensive line and wide receiver still have good prospects available as the Steelers wait with the 14th pick of the round.

The Pittsburgh Steelers still have eight picks remaining, as of now, in the 2014 NFL Draft.

If fans are anxious over the selection of Ryan Shazier with the 15th overall pick, there are still plenty of outstanding prospects remaining, and just 13 picks before the Steelers are on the clock Friday evening.

The defensive line and cornerback prospects stand out the most, with Minnesota's Ra'Shede Hageman probably leading that group. Hageman has little to no chance of lasting until the 46th pick, but you can never doubt the possibility of a run on quarterbacks.

The massive Stanley Jean-Baptiste from Nebraska is still around, as is Rice's Phillip Gaines for the cornerbacks.
