Steelers OTAs turn to video work in closed media session

New, comments

It's a day for team building in Pittsburgh. The Steelers' closed media practice session includes a trip to Dave & Busters.

The Steelers are trading cleats for controllers Monday, as the team will head to Dave & Busters for some team building.

The session is closed to the media ("obviously") but hopefully some kind of news will come out of it. Their final three practices will begin Tuesday in Pittsburgh, marking the end of the 2014 OTAs portion of the offseason program.

The team's minicamp will be held June 17-19, without a stop a Dave & Busters, but likely with more of an emphasis on the battles we'll see in training camp. Look for Antwon Blake, Brice McCain and Shaq Richardson as an intriguing competition at the cornerback position, as well as Justin Brown, Darrius Heyward-Bey and Derrick Moye competing for wide receiver depth.

At some point the Steelers should finish signing their rookie draft class - Stephon Tuitt, Dri Archer and Martavis Bryant have not yet (as of Monday morning) signed contracts.
