According to Aaron Wilson, Pittsburgh's newest running back can earn $150,000 for getting over 800 yards in 2014.
LeGarrette Blount two-year, $4 million deal: $950,000 bonus, $900,000, $2 million salaries, $150K incentive in 2014 for 800 rushing yards

It seems odd that every time contract details surface for a Steeler, the news is broken by a Ravens Insider.
The Steelers, apparently not yet done with free agency with the addition of LeGarrette Blount, seem to have added another defensive back
#Steelers have signed former Houston CB Brice McCain. Veteran depth. Will compete for slot job and play special teams

Details will be posted when available, but this sounds like a good, cheap Steelers type move to bolster the secondary with experienced depth.
Details for McCain
Steelers get McCain for vet minimum plus $65 K bonus. He will count $635,000 against their cap. That means he adds $215 K to cap as top-51
and
Steelers now have a little less than $400 K in salary cap space.
All in all, I would say the Steelers have been quietly, if not unspectacularly, adding key pieces, while cutting away the fat this off season.
