I think the Seahawks have planted the seed to their own destruction having forgotten what made them successful -- their fantastic defense, great running game (or just, running back), and an offense that just did enough. Now they've invested in Wilson so much that the emphasis of the team will have to switch to him for financial and historical reasons. No team pays a guy that much to not be the center of everything.
And in four years...he'll still be in his prime...and likely not looking for a pay cut.
So to start some jibber-jabber... I think it was a bad deal. What do you think?
