Week 1 NFL Games: Scores, Updates and Open Thread

The Steelers played the Patriots on Thursday, but there is still a lot of football to watch today. Our AFC North competitors have some tough games as the Browns take on the Jets, Cleveland takes on the Raiders, and the Ravens go to Denver to take on the Broncos.

Other exciting matchups include the Bears vs. the Packers, with Aaron Rodgers recently reunited with James Jones. And an unexpectedly close game is underway between Washington and the Miami Dolphins. A lot of drama coming out of Washington lately, as RGIII is inactive today despite being cleared to play after suffering a concussion in the preseason.

Perhaps the biggest matchup on Sunday will come this evening when the Giants take on the Cowboys, a team that always has high hopes at the beginning of the season that fail to materialize.

Feel free to jump in with your observations and thoughts as the other NFL teams start their seasons.
