The official visitors were QB Josh Dobbs from Tennessee, QB Patrick Mahomes from Texas Tech, WR Kenny Golladay from Northern Illinois and WR Joshua Reynolds from Texas A&M.
As mentioned earlier, the Steelers are allowed 30 pre-draft visits leading up to the draft, and there are some exceptions for players whose colleges reside within a certain radius from the team’s headquarters. In the Steelers’ case, schools like the University of Pittsburgh and Penn State usually fall within those guidelines.
We will be keeping a running tally of players, positions and totals to give fans a better glimpse of what positions, and players, the Steelers are targeting as they gear up for the 2017 NFL Draft in just a few weeks.
You can see who the Steelers have met with at All-Star games, as well as at the NFL Scouting Combine with our BTSC pre-draft visit tracker.
