After a tumultuous week, the 10-2 Steelers returned home for their fourth straight prime-time game to face their heated rival, the Baltimore Ravens. The Steelers pulled out a victory for the ages and, as always, the faculty and staff at BTSC filled out report cards based on the team's performance. Join us to see just how well they graded out.
Offense: B
The Steelers’ offense is finally becoming the squad that can score when they need to. They just put 39 on a good defense. Ben Roethlisberger is the perfect leader for this offense and playing MVP-caliber ball. Le’Veon Bell is a perfect mix of run and catch, while AB is a machine. Plus, what can you say about Boswell...who Brown anointed as an official "Killer B".
Valedictorian: Ben Roethlisberger
Honor Roll: Jesse James, Vance McDonald, Le'Veon Bell, Antonio Brown, Chris Boswell, Roosevelt Nix
Detention: The O-line gave up three sacks, but that was on 66 dropbacks...so nobody.
Defense: C-
The Steelers were fired up at the beginning of the game to honor their fallen teammate, but the defense couldn't tackle on the edge without Ryan Shazier's speed. Joe Haden's absence looms large as well. Sean Davis struggled immensely, but the defense came up huge at the end of the game.
Valedictorian: T.J. Watt
Honor Roll: Artie Burns, Cameron Heyward, Vince Williams
Detention: Sean Davs
Overall: A
11-2.
Huge emotional victory. This team can play any type of game you throw at them.
Period.
