The Pittsburgh Steelers were stagnant early in free agency, which started March 9th, but they are starting to become more active as the first tier free agents have all been assigned to new teams.
The Steelers are going to meet with CB Davon House, as well as Dont’a Hightower, sometime this week. While those future meetings have yet to take place, the team hosted two Unrestricted Free Agents (UFAs) today in LB Jay Elliott and WR Justin Hunter.
Visiting the @Steelers today are UFAs LB Jay Elliott and WR Justin Hunter.

Elliott played for the Green Bay Packers last season, registered 19 tackles and a sack in a reserve role, while WR Justin Hunter has the size and speed many look for in a wide receiver.
Hunter came into the league as a big play threat, averaging nearly 20 yards a reception as a rookie, but his play slowly declined throughout his career. Last season he played for both the Buffalo Bills and the Miami Dolphins.
The Steelers could think about bringing these players in as depth moves, but would hardly expect them to make more of an impact than that.
