The Pittsburgh Steelers will have at least three new injury concerns to worry about as they prepare to face the Atlanta Falcons in Week 5 after Vince Williams, Darrius Heyward-Bey and Nat Berhe were all forced to leave the game early on Sunday night.

Suffering what appeared to be ankle injury during an attempted punt block in the second quarter, Heyward-Bey would officially be ruled out of the game early in the second half. Berhe left the contest game mid-way through the third quarter with a pectoral injury and never returned either.
#31 Nat Berhe is doubtful to return (pectoral).

While not officially acknowledged by the team during the game, Williams would be helped from the field in the fourth quarter, not to be seen again. When speaking to reporters after the game, Mike Tomlin suggested he had suffered a hamstring injury and that Berhe and Heyward-Bey were being evaluated. He did, however note a successful outing for David DeCastro and Marcus Gilbert, well, at least medically.
