The Pittsburgh Steelers final injury report of the week left a lot of questions unanswered on Friday and it appears at least two players will be game time decisions for the medical staff on Sunday night. While Marcus Gilbert has been ruled out for his sixth consecutive game, Morgan Burnett is also likely to sit out in Week 13 with a doubtful designation and Bud Dupree and Cameron Sutton have both been listed as questionable.

Burnett would miss his fifth game of the season if he cannot play against the Los Angeles Chargers and his first since Week 6. Having missed the full week of practice, his participation seems unlikely and there is a good chance Marcus Allen may get to see the first snaps of his career if Burnett is sidelined.

Considering Dupree was a full participant at practice on Friday after being limited on Thursday and sitting out on Wednesday, it is not out of the question he will be cleared to play on Sunday. Should he be forced to miss out, rookie Ola Adeniyi may yet be activated in time for the game.

The appearance of Sutton on the injury report is something of a surprise given he missed practice on Friday for personal reasons and hopefully this matter can be resolved before game day.

With Matt Feiler able to train fully each day, it should be expected that he will resume his role as the starter in Gilbert’s absence and a full week of practice for Vance McDonald suggests he will be good to go despite a hip concern.

The return of Stephon Tuitt after two weeks on the sidelines might be the biggest boost for Pittsburgh in Week 13 and he was finally able to put in two full days of training after being limited on Wednesday. An encouraging sign for his involvement against Los Angeles.

B.J. Finney was back with his teammates on Friday after two missed days of practice for personal reason of his own earlier in the week and he is also expected to play on Sunday.

Running back Melvin Gordon is officially out for the Chargers.
