The Pittsburgh Steelers and Carolina Panthers will lock horns in Week 10 on Thursday Night Football, and if you are a fan who likes to wear whatever jersey the Steelers are wearing, make sure you have your Nike “Color Rush” uniform ready to go for Thursday.
While the team didn’t give a definitive date for the team to wear these uniforms prior to the regular season, they will stick to the Thursday night theme and wear the color rush uniforms in Week 10.

This will be the team’s third time wearing these uniforms, and history has shown favor on the black-and-gold when wearing these threads. In 2016, the team wore them on Christmas day when Antonio Brown won the game for the Steelers with his ‘Immaculate Extension’ vs. the Ravens at Heinz Field. In 2017, the Steelers dominated the Tennessee Titans on Thursday Night Football wearing the “Color Rush” uniforms.
While fans might argue about the team’s selection of throwback selections, there isn’t as much discussion about the team’s special alternate jerseys. In fact, I would go as far as saying the vast majority of the fan base loves the uniforms.
Just to get a grasp on the fan base’s thoughts, let us know what you think about the Color Rush uniform in the poll below, and in the comment section.
