Steelers players take to social media to talk about officiating and the loss to the Saints

This one stings...even for the players.

The vast Pittsburgh Steelers fan base is fuming after the team’s most recent loss to the New Orleans Saints in Week 16.

And rightfully so.

The most common complaints after the game were the officiating, Mike Tomlin’s decision making and of course the turnovers. Either way, it might be comforting to know there are plenty of players who are equally as frustrated.

Typically, when the Steelers lose the majority of players go silent on their social media accounts. No congratulating, no high fives and handshakes, just silence. But this loss was different. A few players took to social media to talk about the game, and maybe point out some things they took issue with when all was said and done.

See what some players had to say after the dust settled on the team’s heart breaking defeat.
