The ‘Madden’ video game has become an enterprise where the release of the latest game is unbelievably anticipated by gamers across the globe.

Whether you played ‘John Madden Football’ in its infancy, or are someone who plays online on one of the many gaming systems in today’s day and age, the ratings and excitement the game brings has never changed since Day 1.

As the annual release of the latest game nears, rankings, preview clips and new features come out to the general public to raise the anticipation level. There is an elite club in the Madden community called the ‘99 Club’. This group is for players who receive the highest rating possible, a 99.

The ‘Madden 99’ Club had a new member enter their ranks this year — Antonio Brown.

Brown isn’t the only player in this elite club. The full list of Madden 99 Club athletes include:

New England Patriots QB Tom Brady

New England Patriots TE Rob Gronkowski

Green Bay Packers QB Aaron Rodgers

Denver Broncos LB Von Miller

Carolina Panthers LB Luke Kuechly

Pittsburgh Steelers WR Antonio Brown

Los Angeles Rams DE Aaron Donald

While being given a rating of 99 on a video game is hardly earth-shattering news, for those who enjoy the game, and love the Steelers, it will be awesome watching Brown dominate both on the real playing field, and the virtual playing field.
