Just like Mike Tomlin always says regarding injuries, “One man’s injury leads to an opportunity for another.”
This is certainly the case with a couple members of the Pittsburgh Steelers who are looking for new contracts. The fact the Steelers were unable to come to terms on a new deal with Le’Veon Bell, and now they turn their attention to other players.
One of those is Pro Bowl kicker Chris Boswell, who is playing the year under a Restricted Free Agent tender. As of Sunday, Boswell admitted he and the Steelers have started negotiations on a new deal.

However, when prompted with how negotiations are going, Boswell stays separated from the ongoing talks, rather leaving it up to his agent so he can focus on football.

Boswell isn’t the only player who might be looking for a new deal. Players like Mike Hilton and B.J. Finney, who could have huge roles on the current team and are playing this season under a similar tag as Boswell.
