The Pittsburgh Steelers have made a roster move on their 11-man practice squad which might make one member of the 53-man roster feel a bit more at home. The player on the active roster would be rookie safety Terrell Edmunds, as the team has added his brother Trey Edmunds to their practice squad.
To make room for Edmunds, the Steelers released running back Jarvion Franklin.
We have signed RB Trey Edmunds to our practice squad, and released RB Jarvion Franklin from our practice squad.

Trey Edmunds spent three years at Virginia Tech as a collegiate athlete, before going to Maryland for his final season. He spent time with the New Orleans Saints and Buffalo Bills in 2017 before being waived by the Saints during the roster cuts to 53 players last weekend.
Edmunds will help round out the 11-man practice squad, and it should be noted for fans the team has 11 spots as they are was a known spot to tight end Christian Scotland-Williamson as a part of the NFL’s program to expand their game outside the borders of the United States.
