There are a lot of people talking about the Pittsburgh Steelers recently. Mainstream media has grabbed the Antonio Brown, Art Rooney II, Ben Roethlisberger and Mike Tomlin saga and ran as fast as they can with it.

For the most part, I don’t put much credence into these talking heads, but when Emmanuel Sanders joined the NFL Network’s pre-game show prior to Saturday’s Divisional Round games in the NFL Playoffs, my ears perked up.

Why? Sanders was drafted by the Steelers alongside Antonio Brown, knows the coach, owner and players involved. In other words, he has been in the room. While other speculate, Sanders can give a first-hand account of what he has experienced while playing in Pittsburgh.

Could things have changed since Sanders departed Pittsburgh for the Denver Broncos in free agency? Absolutely, but it is safe to say a lot hasn’t changed.

You might shrug your shoulders at this and move along, and that is your prerogative, but a lot of what Sanders says in the clip below screams of truth, and not fiction.
