The story between the Pittsbugh Steelers and Antonio Brown has many layers, and the more information which is divulged equates to another layer developing.
Fans know all too well the situation, how Antonio Brown missed the week leading up to the Week 17 game vs. the Cincinnati Bengals, and then didn’t show for walk-through on Saturday before being told he wasn’t going to play on Sunday.
Well, when Mike Tomlin took to the podium Wednesday for his season-ending press conference, at exactly 12:24 p.m. ET, when Tomlin was in the midst of answering repeated questions on Antonio Brown, Brown sent out this tweet, and also posted it on his verified Instagram account:
Happy New Year. Be great. pic.twitter.com/QLna1LRncL

Take this for what it is worth, but don’t think this wasn’t planned to be sent out exactly during the press conference.
In fact, former Steelers OLB James Harrison had Brown himself on his own Instagram feed, during the press conference, as they both talked about doing an exclusive interview, presumably to get Brown’s side of the story.
In other words, if you thought this story was going to be over after Tomlin spoke to the media Wednesday, think again. This story just seems to be getting started...stay tuned.
UPDATE:
Here is the video of Harrison and Brown:
