The Pittsburgh Steelers practiced for the third time this week, but it was the first day they were required by the NFL to release an injury report. As they prepare for the Miami Dolphins on Mondy night, the Steelers are hoping to get several players back following the bye week. According to the Steelers PR Department, only one player sat out practice on Thursday.

JuJu Smith-Schuster was the only player on the injury report who did not practice, which was due to illness. Hopefully he will be able to return to practice by Saturday and be healthy enough by the game on Monday.

One of the players who was unable to finish the game in Week 6 and has been missing practices over the bye is T.J. Watt. On Thursday, he still was able to participate on a limited basis due to an abdominal injury. Should he be unable to go on Monday night, Olasunkanmi Adeniyi will look to get his first career NFL start opposite of Bud Dupree.

Other players who left the game against the Chargers early and are still dealing with injury are cornerback Joe Haden and linebacker Mark Barron. Both players were able to return Thursday and practice fully. James Conner also exited the Chargers game early but has been able to practice and said he is ready to go for Monday.

Quarterback Mason Rudolph has now been out of the concussion protocol for over a week, so he should have no reason to change from his full status. Roosevelt Nix returned to practice after missing five games and was also listed as a full participant. James Washington and Jaylen Samuels also were able to practice with Washingtongetting over a shoulder injury while Samuels returned only 17-days removed from his knee surgery. Steven Nelson was another player who missed Week 6, but was a full participant on Thursday as he continues to fight back from his groin injury. Mike Hilton was also mentioned with a calf injury, but was able to fully participate.

As for the Dolphins injury report, it can be seen below courtesy of Steelers.com. Although 14 players are listed, only two did not participate while eight were limited.
