Rewind to just a few months ago, and Devlin Hodges was just some guy with a cool nickname, Duck, who was a great story. Undrafted from Samford, set a ton of records while there, and a winning duck caller as a duck hunter. Throw in the fact he made the Steelers’ offseason roster as a try-out participant and you have one heck of a story.
But it gets better. After Ben Roethlisberger’s injury ended his season, Hodges was the primary backup to Mason Rudolph in Pittsburgh. Now, as the team prepares for the home stretch of games, it is Hodges, not Rudolph, who is quarterbacking the team to a potential playoff berth.
It is Duck Season in Pittsburgh, and BTSC and the Breaking T apparel company have the officially licensed Devlin Hodges apparel collection.
