In today’s day and age, social media has been woven into our every day lives. No longer an escape from reality, social media has become reality.
In professional sports players use their own accounts as a platform to teach out to fans, communicate with other players and also to express disgust over something which might be bothering them.
Pittsburgh Steelers fans know this all too well in regards to the recent saga with beleaguered wide receiver Antonio Brown. Brown used Instagram live, as well as Twitter, to voice his displeasure with the Pittsburgh Steelers and to kick as many people as he could on the way out of town.

This is where the newest BTSC podcast “Yeah, I Said It” comes in. My co-host on ‘The Standard is the Standard’, Lance Williams, talks about why Smith-Schuster, even at a young age, has mastered the art of being loud when warranted, and quiet when necessary.
Lance is the perfect man for the job, and delivers the goods in the latest show.
