As the 2019 NFL Draft is just hours away, fans of the Pittsburgh Steelers are clamoring for one of the ‘Devins’. If you haven’t been paying close attention this offseason, they are referring to LSU standout ILB Devin White, and Michigan ILB Devin Bush.
The Steelers have a huge hole at ILB which needs to be filled, but there is a large contingent who believe the Steelers would have to get aggressive and trade up to get either White or Bush. With 10 draft picks total, giving up a few doesn’t seem like a dire situation, but what if the team shouldn’t reach for either Devin?
This is where the newest BTSC podcast “Yeah, I Said It” comes in. My co-host on ‘The Standard is the Standard’, Lance Williams, talks about why the Steelers shouldn’t reach for either White or Bush, but rather sit back and see how the draft unfolds.
Lance is the perfect man for the job, and delivers the goods in the latest show.
