The Pittsburgh Steelers organization and their fan base found out Sunday the team’s current wide receivers coach Darryl Drake passed away suddenly.
We have announced that Sunday’s practice at Saint Vincent College has been cancelled and the campus will be closed to all fans.

The team has cancelled training camp practices and has closed campus to the public as the entire organization mourns the loss of one of their own.

Drake was hired by the Steelers in 2018, and his loss will be felt across the NFL as Drake previously spent time with the Arizona Cardinals. He was 62 years old.
The Steelers have stated the cause of death is unknown at this time, and respect to the Drake family will be paramount at this time.
