It used to be a match up the NFL exploited for their own ratings. The Steelers and Bengals had gone toe-to-toe in recent years, sometimes with on-field antics possibly crossing the line. But in 2019, the prime-time match up between Pittsburgh and Cincinnati will feature a pair of winless teams on the national stage.
The match up of the 0-3 teams will allow the victor to climb within a game of the AFC North lead. Will the Steelers keep their Monday Night Football home winning streak going to a 17th game? Can Mason Rudolph sustain the offense in his second career start? How will the defense improve as Minkah Fitzpatrick gets more time to gel with his teammates?

The ESPN App also carries games shown on their family of networks. fuboTV also allows you to stream NFL games online with a subscription. NFL Game Center will update the action on a play-by-play basis. The game is also available on the Yahoo! Sports App in some areas.
