The Pittsburgh Steelers, along with the other 31 NFL franchises, are in Mobile, Alabama for the annual All-Star game known as the Senior Bowl. It features the North vs. the South teams, and will be live on January 25th.
If you are like me, you are so inundated with the NFL, mainly the Steelers, you have little time for anything else. That includes the scouting element of the professional game and keeping tabs on the upcoming college players who could turn into players on any given team.
The Reese’s Senior Bowl is the first chance for these players to put their skills on display, not just during the game, but the week of practices leading up to the game. So, if you are someone who hasn’t been keeping tabs on the college game, here are some players who could be on the Steelers’ radar, based on positions of need.
For the sake of this exercise, I used the following positions as positions of need (in no particular order):
Tight End
Offensive Line
Running Back
Quarterback
Safety
Wide Receiver
Linebacker
