The Pittsburgh Steelers are taking on the Buffalo Bills on Sunday Night Football in a battle of two division-leading teams. Unfortunately for the Steelers, they have suffered an injury to a starter before the conclusion of the first quarter as Matt Feiler has exited the game and is questionable to return. This per Burt Lauten of the Steelers PR Department:
#Steelers G Matt Feiler sustained a shoulder injury. His return to tonight’s game is questionable.— Burt Lauten (@SteelersPRBurt) December 14, 2020
Feiler has started every game in 2020 at the left guard position after moving over from right tackle concluding the 2019 season. Filer has been a regular starter for the Steelers over the last three seasons and has started the last 34 games for Pittsburgh.
With Feiler out of the game, rookie fourth-round draft pick Kevin Dotson has entered the game at left guard. Dotson has started two games for the Steelers in 2020, both both of which were at right guard.
UPDATE: Matt Feiler has been ruled out for the reminder of the Steelers’ Week 14 game against the Buffalo Bills per Burt Lauten of the Steelers PR Department:
