Friday Night Steelers Six Pack of questions and open thread: Bengals Week Edition Rd. 2

There is always something to talk about when it comes to the black-and-gold!

It’s Friday again, so it’s time for the six pack of questions. It seems as if Jeff and Dave come to a consensus in cutting to the chase...

This week, I, Dave, will be tasked with the questions up for discussion.

The rules are still the same...

Quick rundown of the ground rules.

  • I’ll ask at least four questions strictly related to the Steelers.
  • The rest of the questions could be about anything.
  • Be respectful.
  • Have fun talking about the Black-and-gold.

Procedural Note: Since the title feature has gone away, please feel free to leave your usual title as the first line of your response and even bold it if you can for the ease of others.

So here we go! With the formalities out of the way, it’s time to jump on in. Hopefully this party is exactly what you’re looking for on a Friday night. Here goes:

1. The Steelers need either a Browns loss or a Steelers win to clinch the AFC North. Do you feel it means more to win the division with your own win rather than another team’s defeat?

2. There is a lot of concern about how the Steelers are playing as of late. What kind of score would it take on Monday night against the Bengals to feel like the Steelers are back on track?

3. The Bengals are surrendering almost 140 rushing yards per game. Five weeks ago when these teams played, the Steelers only had 44 rushing yards. What is your prediction for total rushing yards for the Steelers Monday night?

4. The current 3 teams in line for the wildcard spots in the AFC are the Browns (9-4), Colts (9-4 but tied with the Titans for the AFC South), and Dolphins (8-5). The Ravens are currently one spot out but are also 8-5. Do the Ravens get in, and if so which team will be out?

5. The Ravens and Browns scored a combined 89 points last Monday night. While I like to see back-and-forth offensive explosions when it’s not the Steelers, I like seeing the Steelers D being dominant. When the Steelers play, do you like to see lots of offense from both sides or do you like defensive battles?

6. Sticking with the Christmas theme, one tradition in my house is driving around the see various light displays whether it is done by a town, a business, or individual homes. In that spirit, what is the best Christmas light display you have ever seen in person?

Stay safe out there!

And it wouldn’t be a Friday night unless we said...
