As I mentioned before, on my commute to work I generally have something Steelers related playing on the radio through Bluetooth. This morning I was listening to 93.7 The Fan, and one segment mentioned how Diontae Johnson was working on perfecting his craft.
Doesn’t sound to alarming. Right?
I mean, Steelers fans want our guys putting in the work to maximize their talents. Then the bombshell was dropped how he was working out with the disgruntled former Steeler known as Antonio Brown.
I caught some of the details which said it was a camp of sorts run by the former All Pro. In all honesty, I missed the discussion and just about everything after that because my thoughts went immediately towards, “AB better not mess with this kids head”. Then my next thought was, “If you’re going to learn from someone, why not one of the best?”
So I leave you with these questions to answer for yourself in the comment section below:
- All things considered, should the Steelers be concerned with Johnson’s decision to work out with Antonio Brown?
- As a fan, do you feel this is a sound decision on Johnson’s part?
- Is there the possibility of an ulterior motive on Brown’s part, possibly poking back at JuJu Smith-Schuster. “Hey look, I’m working out with your teammate” type of thing?
As always, let us know your thoughts in the comments below, and GO STEELERS!!
Stay well everyone!
