It will have a much different feel to it from years past. Because of the current global pandemic, the 2020 NFL draft will be conducted completely online. While many fans were excited to see players take the boat to the draft stage in Las Vegas, the extravagant ceremonies will have to wait for another year. Instead, we get to listen to NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell make the selections from his basement.

Yes, the normal pomp and circumstance surrounding the NFL draft will be missing. But the heart of the event— players achieving their dreams of being selected by an NFL franchise— will still take place. Fans will still be tuning in to learn about the new players they will be cheering for when their team takes the field to start the next season.
