During these crazy times in 2020, with the coronavirus pandemic globally shutting everything down, NFL prospects have had to be extremely creative when it comes to preparing themselves for the next step of their careers.
For Pittsburgh Steelers’ fourth round pick in the 2020 NFL Draft, Kevin Dotson, his training has been simple. But don’t confuse simple for easy. Dotson is pulling pick up trucks as a method of training for the rigors of NFL life.

Dotson, the Louisiana product, is a monster of a man. Standing at 6’4” and 310 lbs., Dotson is labeled as, “a powerful man with experience blocking in zone, gap and power schemes.” Sounds about right, but what will get Steelers fans even more jacked up is the fact Dotson grew up a die hard Steelers fan.
In fact, his favorite player of all-time was none other than Hall of Fame running back Jerome Bettis.
Kevin Dotson says the man cave in his house is all decked out in Steelers stuff. Adds his favorite player is Bettis and "all of my passwords used to have 36 at the end of them."

The NFL Draft is full of great stories like this, and the Steelers have plenty of them already throughout the first four rounds of the selection process. Without a current pick in the 5th round, the Steelers will have to wait until the 6th round before their next pick. If things stand as they are now, the team will have two more picks, one in the 6th and one in the 7th, which will round out their 6 picks in the draft.
Stay tuned to BTSC for the latest news and notes surrounding the black-and-gold as they prepare for the rest of the 2020 NFL Draft.
