Current Pittsburgh Steelers’ center Maurkice Pouncey and former Steelers’ wide receiver Antonio Brown have both been selected to the Pro Football Hall of Fame’s All-Decades Team for the 2010s. Any player who earned either an All-Pro or Pro Bowl selection from the years 2010 to 2019 were eligible to be selected.

Drafted by the Steelers as the 18th overall pick in the 2010 NFL draft, the only seasons Maurkice Pouncey has not been selected to the Pro Bowl were when he did not play due to injury in 2013 and 2015. Pouncey was also selected first-team All-Pro in 2011 and 2014.

Former Steelers’ wide receiver Antonio Brown was also selected in the 2010 NFL draft, but was taken in the sixth round with the 195th overall pick. Brown earned seven Pro Bowl selections during his time in Pittsburgh as well as first-team All-Pro four times from 2014 to 2017.

For the first time since the 1950s, the Steelers did not have a defensive player on the all-decade team. The most likely candidate would have been Cameron Heyward who has been selected to the Pro Bowl in the last three seasons and was All-Pro in 2017 and 2019. Unfortunately for Heyward, he was classified as a defensive end for the first seven years of his career which cost him more Pro Bowl selections as he was in the same group as 4-3 edge rusher‘s rather than other interior defensive linemen.
