The Pittsburgh Steelers’ offense might be without one of their more reliable players in JuJu Smith-Schuster for the remainder of the Week 5 game vs. the Denver Broncos. While carrying the football, Smith-Schuster was tackled hard and left the field in pain.
The Steelers are saying the injury is to his shoulder, and his return to the game is listed as questionable. This per Burt Lauten, the Steelers director of Public Relations:

It is highly doubtful Smith-Schuster is able to return to the game, but at the moment is still listed as questionable.
Smith-Schuster has yet to truly find his groove in this new Steelers’ offense. There are moments where it looks as if the Steelers are trying to find creative ways just to get the ball in Smith-Schuster’s hands. Nonetheless, at the moment the wonder is how serious is the injury, and how long could he miss.
Be sure to stay tuned to BTSC for the latest news and notes surrounding the Steelers as they try to hold onto victory vs. the Denver Broncos in Week 5.
