The Pittsburgh Steelers may be without kicker Chris Boswell for the remainder of the Week 8 matchup against the Cleveland Browns. According to the Steelers official Twitter account, Boswell is questionable to return with a concussion.

Boswell was injured on a play in which it appeared the Steelers were going to take a 6–3 lead at the end of the first half against the Cleveland Browns. Instead of a 28-yard field goal, the Steelers ran a fake in which the Browns had the receivers covered. As Boswell threw the ball, he was hit in the head by a Cleveland defender and landed hard out of bounds. According to former NFL official Gene Steratore, the play should have been flagged for a 15-yard penalty.
Even though Chris Boswell is a kicker by position, on this fake field goal attempt, he is a passer. A defender cannot hit the passer forcibly in the head or neck area. IMO this should have been a 15 yard penalty for roughing in #PITvsCLE. pic.twitter.com/EXnOfledfv

With Boswell unavailable, it appears Presley Harvin III will take over the place holding duties. With Harvin typically the holder, it is unclear who will take over this role although it has been reported it will be cornerback Cameron Sutton.
UPDATE: Boswell has now been ruled OUT for the game. This per Steelers spokesperson Bert Lauten.
