Our journey in the BTSC Delorean to Steeler yesterday begins in a time when Demolition Man with Sly Stallone and Wesley Snipes were at the top of the movie box office, The Jim Steinman-produced “I Would Do Anything For Love (But I Won’t Do That)” by Meatloaf was the hottest song on the radio and the duo of F.W. de Clerk and Nelson Mandela won the Nobel Peace Prize that weekend.

Meanwhile at Three Rivers Stadium, the 3-2 Pittsburgh Steelers were hosting the 5-0 New Orleans Saints.

Welcome to October 17, 1993

Flash back to that awesome classic on the Steelers Retro Show and join BTSC’s Tony Defeo and Bryan Anthony Davis as they go back in time and relive this memorable matchup.

*Note: This show was recorded on the very day that Steinman passed away at the age of 73. The show’s hosts were not aware of his passing at the time of recording.
