The Pro Football Hall of Fame has announced the order of their ceremony for both the Centennial Class of 2020 and the Class of 2021 the first weekend in August. The Pro Football Hall of Fame weekend kicks off with the Hall of Fame Game on Thursday, August 5, 2021, at 8:00 PM between the Pittsburgh Steelers and Dallas Cowboys. The enshrinement of the two Hall of Fame classes will take place on Saturday evening for the 2020 class and Sunday evening for the class of 2021.

It was originally reported that Troy Polamalu would kick off the speeches on Saturday evening. Since the original announcement, the change has been made where Polamalu will appear in the 10th spot between Donnie Shell and Bill Cowher.

The first ceremony will be on Saturday, August 7 beginning at 6:30 PM. The Hall of Fame has announced that they will keep the show at a much faster pace and asked members of each class to keep their remarks to six minutes. If a speech reaches the eight minute mark, there will be a musical cue to end their remarks.

Whether attending in person or watching the activities at home, the Steelers are well represented in Canton this year. Between playing in the game and having three players, one coach, and a scout who will be the first person of color elected to the Pro Football Hall of Fame in the contributor category as part of the enshrinement, it’s a full weekend for Steelers’ Nation.
