Former Steelers wide receiver Hines Ward and linebacker James Harrison are both semi-finalists for the Pro Football Hall of Fame class of 2024. Both are part of the 28 modern-era semi-finalists to reach this stage.

Ward has reached this stage of the process eight times. He ended his career with 1,000 catches for over 12,000 yards and 85 touchdowns, as well as being named MVP of Super Bowl XL.

Harrison is in his second year of Hall of Fame eligibility. He was a five-time Pro Bowler, two-time All-Pro, the 2008 Defensive Player of the Year, a two-time Super Bowl champion, and responsible for one of the greatest plays in Super Bowl history when he returned a Kurt Warner interception 100 yards for a touchdown.

It would be very fitting to see two Steelers largely responsible for two Super Bowl wins go into the Hall of Fame together.
