Steelers quarterback Kenny Pickett was originally expected to miss about four weeks after undergoing surgery to speed up the healing process for his sprained ankle.
Now, the second-year quarterback is reportedly looking to come back sooner than expected.

The Steelers are currently on a two-game losing streak as they enter Week 15, where they will take on the Indianapolis Colts. Pittsburgh lost to the Cardinals after Pickett left at the end of the first half with the aforementioned ankle injury. The Steelers lost four days later to the 2-10 New England Patriots on Thursday Night Football, as well, dropping them to 7-6.
