Rashard Mendenhall is ‘sick of average white guys commenting on football’

The former Steeler posted his wild take on X.

In what has become a yearly social media spree of rants, former Steelers running back Rashard Mendenhall is back with another take out of left field.

The disgruntled former running back says he’s tired of listening to white people talk about football, and that white people aren’t good at football.

“I’m sick of average white guys commenting on football. Y’all not even good at football. Can we please replace the Pro Bowl with an All-Black vs. All-White bowl so these cats can stop trying to teach me who’s good at football. I’m better than ur goat.” Rashard Mendenhall, via X

Mendenhall has gone on several social media sprees and rants in recent years, usually taking aim at Ben Roethlisberger and blaming him for any Steelers’ failures and defending Mike Tomlin (he did this once again today).

Never mind the fact that Mendenhall fumbled Super Bowl XLV away.

Mendenhall had two 1,000 yard seasons with the Steelers before signing with the Arizona Cardinals in 2013, and retiring at the end of the season.
