Steelers injury report: Multiple players upgraded to full participants

Multiple players upgraded for Wednesday’s practice

The Steelers had multiple players go through a change of status in Wednesday’s practice.

Najee Harris was a full participant today after not practicing on Tuesday. It was classified as a knee injury for Harris. Safety Elijah Riley was a full participant after being limited Tuesday. The backup safety just returned after missing time with an ankle injury.

Isaac Seumalo was upgraded to limited from not practicing at all on Tuesday with an injured shoulder. Broderick Jones, Pat Freiermuth, and Cam Heyward were all upgraded from limited to full participants, as well.

Jones was classified with an ankle injury. Freiermuth was likely given a light load due to the knee injury he suffered earlier this year. Heyward was in concussion protocol.

  • TE Pat Freiermuth (knee): FP (LP Tuesday)
  • DT Cam Heyward (concussion): FP (LP Tuesday)
