The Jets are coming off a win over the Washington Commanders in which they put up 17 first-quarter points, yet allowed Washington to come storming back and nearly complete the comeback. They have played quarterback hot potato this season, but it will be Trevor Siemian who is under center as they limp to the finish line of their season.
The Browns have had a quarterback carousel of their own, but they have thrived under Joe Flacco, who is the fourth quarterback to start a game for the Browns this season. Cleveland has gone 3-1 with the veteran quarterback, and are on the fast track to locking down the top Wildcard spot in the AFC playoffs.

Odds and predictions for Jets-Browns
Point spread: Browns -7.5
Moneyline: Browns -355, Jets +280
Pick against the spread
The Browns have the second most covers in the league, going 9-5-1 against the number this season. Their offense has taken off in the last month with Flacco under center getting the likes of David Njoku and Amari Cooper to the heights we all thought they could reach. Their defense is also the best in the NFL. With they way they are rolling, there is no reason to believe they won’t roll an inferior Jets team.
The pick: Browns -7.5
Cleveland’s offense has taken off, but don’t sleep on the Jets’ defense that still fields a great deal of talent. The Browns will win convincingly, but take the under with Cleveland winning in the range of 23-6.
The pick: Under 34 points
