Markus Golden surprise inactive for Steelers vs. Patriots in Week 14

The Steelers’ edge rusher didn’t appear on the injury report

The Steelers had a surprise inactive ahead of Thursday night’s matchup with the New England Patriots.

Edge rusher Markus Golden was made inactive despite not appearing on the injury report.

The veteran has been a solid piece this season, and has made most of the snaps he’s gotten with three sacks thus far.

Golden was signed this off-season after spending the last two years with the Arizona Cardinals. He was drafted by Arizona in 2015 in the second round out of Missouri. he signed with the Giants in 2019 before being traded back to the Cardinals in 2020.
