New York Gov. Kathy Hochul says that the wild card game between the Pittsburgh Steelers and Buffalo Bills has been postponed until 4:30 EST on Monday.

The game was originally scheduled for Sunday at 1:00 EST, but severe weather has made travel unsafe.

Buffalo is expected to have wind gusts up to 55 miles per hour on Sunday, as well as “heavy in-game snow” was expected to make travel to and from the game a big safety issue.

New York Governor Kathy Hochul said in a press conference yesterday that Steelers fans should avoid travel to the game, and noted that it wouldn’t be a good day for the Steelers anyway. Now, with hopefully better conditions, both teams will have an even playing field, for the most part.
