The Pittsburgh Steelers officially touched down in Buffalo Sunday evening after a massive winter storm in the area forced a postponement of Sunday’s originally scheduled wild card game. This time, it doesn’t seem like there will be any more delays, meaning the Steelers-Bills Wild Card matchup will be played Monday at 4:30 p.m. ET.
The Steelers enter gameday as 10-point underdogs on DraftKings Sportsbook, forced to be without star edge rusher T.J. Watt, who’s out with a knee injury suffered in Week 18. While they look to lean on their depth at outside linebacker between Alex Highsmith, Markus Golden and rookie Nick Herbig, they did receive some good news for the defense. They’ll officially have safeties Minkah Fitzpatrick (knee) and Damontae Kazee (suspension) back in play, who have missed the past three games.
The Bills will also be without a couple of their top contributors, including wide receiver Gabe Davis and safety Taylor Rapp, with cornerback Rasul Douglas and linebacker Tyrel Dodson also questionable. Regardless of the injuries, the weather could still play a factor in this game, with some steady winds and the possibility for more snow expected Monday afternoon per AccuWeather.
