The Pittsburgh Steelers have a lot of questions to answer this offseason- few bigger than who their offensive coordinator will be.
While it is yet to be determined who Pittsburgh’s OC will be, we know who it won’t be. Head coach Mike Tomlin said that Eddie Faulkner and Mike Sullivan will not be candidates when it comes to being the full-time offensive coordinator.
“Not at this juncture,” Tomlin said when asked about if Faulkner and Sullivan would be candidates. “I’m looking at outside candidates and lining up the pecking order.”

The last hire outside the organization at offensive coordinator was Todd Haley in 2012 following the departure of Bruce Arians. Haley was the Steelers’ OC from 2012-17 before being fired after the Steelers’ loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars in the Divisional round of the playoffs.
