It’s the final week of the NFL season, and Week 18 is kicking off with another Saturday double-header. The Pittsburgh Steelers will travel to Baltimore to take on the Ravens, and the Houston Texans go to Indianapolis to face the Colts.
The Steelers enter the week needing a win and a little bit of help to get into the postseason. If they defeat the Ravens, and either the Jacksonville Jaguars or Buffalo Bills lose, they are in the playoffs. The Ravens will be resting several players after clinching the top seed in the AFC.
For Houston and Indianapolis, the formula is very simple. Win and you’re in. If the Jacksonville Jaguars lose to the Tennessee Titans on Sunday, the winner of Texans-Colts wins the AFC South- this is a de facto playoff game for both teams.
How to watch Steelers vs. Ravens
Time: 4:30 EST
Location: M&T Bank Stadium
Watch: ESPN/ABC, ESPN apps, ABC apps
Odds for Steelers vs. Ravens
Point spread: Steelers -3
Moneyline: Steelers -162, Ravens +136
Best bet: Under 34
The last time a Steelers-Ravens game went over 34 points scored was in 2021. Each of the last four matchups have finished with 30 points or fewer. Factor in the weather, as well as the Ravens starting a lot of backup players, this game is going to be low-scoring.
How to watch Texans vs. Colts
Time: 8:15 EST
Location: Lucas Oil Stadium
Watch: ESPN/ABC, ESPN Apps, ABC apps
Odds for Texans vs. Colts
Point spread: Texans -1.5
Moneyline: Texans -122, Colts +102
Best bet: Over 47.5
I expect a high-scoring game between these two teams. The Colts are averaging the 10th most points per game in the NFL with 23.6. The Texans aren’t too far behind at 22.1. The first time these two played, the Colts won 31-20. That was also in Week 2 before C.J. Stroud hit his stride as a top 10 quarterback in football. I expect a back-and-forth game that features a lot of scoring.
