BTSC editor Neal Coolong and Steel Curtain Radio host Lance Williams spent some time talking about the late Bill Nunn, a legend and a pioneer in player personnel and scouting, who passed away at age 89 Wednesday.
The Steelers call it "The Bill Nunn Draft Room" for a reason. That's not lost on Coolong or Williams, nor should it be lost on any Steelers fans, particularly on draft day.
They dip into the draft itself, making arguments for the offensive side of the ball as well as the defensive side when it comes to the team's 15th overall pick. The result? Your guess is as good as theirs, and anyone else's. The direction seems to be wide open right now.
One thing that is certain, though, is how huge the entire draft process has gotten (Williams says it will be a week long at some point in the future).
They discuss it all on a draft edition of The Standard is The Standard. Click on the link below to listen.
